Support for those who want to create an APPLICATION in the e-service
We assume that you have completed step 1 (information about Leader) and step 2 (test your idea with the office). You have been tasked with obtaining a power of attorney from the Swedish Board of Agriculture and a week later you can log in to the e-service and ”represent the customer”.
Step 3. Project workshop
Link to the proxy form: forms and info. The documents are sent physically to the Animal Registration Unit and take about a week for the Swedish Board of Agriculture to process.

Start the service by clicking "Start service".
Once you have logged in with Bank-ID, you will find your organization.
NOTE: Represent an organization!
At the top you can change to represent an organization. You should NOT represent yourself. Very important!
Click on the arrow. A box will appear.
”"Select power of attorney".
The authorization will then be applied and you can access the e-services.

In the E-service you select New application for support, if it's your first time inside.
If you already have an ongoing application, a draft, scroll down and click on the pencil to continue editing.
Write the application
A 10-step questionnaire. 
Come up with a name for the project. Then click "next".
The applicant information is pre-filled and cannot be edited here. In short, you have logged in "correctly" to the e-service.
But if they can be edited, you have logged in as a private individual, which is wrong.
Please check that the information is correct. (Should you need to change customer information, do so outside the e-service in "”My pages”".)
Click on ”Next”.
It is important that you select "Locally led development through Leader". Next.
Select new application for support within Leader 2023-2027. Next.
Click the plus sign to expand the menu.
Choose Leader Bergslagen.
Select Implement project.
Now you have to choose your focus area.
You cannot change this choice later. Think carefully.
Are you a company looking for a maximum of SEK 200,000 in business support? Then it's "Promoting entrepreneurship in Bergslagen".
Could your project fit within the scope of nature conservation? If so, please select this. We will need more applications in this area.
Does it not fall within any of the above? Then maybe it is Improving the living conditions for the people of Bergslagen…
Then all you have to do is fill out the application.
You can save in the e-service, close and log in and continue another day.

Things to consider in the e-service
When filling out the funding section, select funding type "Support". See image below.
Review and submit
The final step is to review and submit. It is only when you have done this that you will receive a receipt and can be sure that the application has been submitted correctly.
