One purpose of the training is to elevate young leaders in the non-profit sector. Each course has space for 24 participants and if there are more applicants, a selection will be made. Applicants must:

– be about 20-25 years old.
– have at least two years of leadership experience.
– be an active leader in a non-profit organization.
– have completed basic leadership training or equivalent.
– be interested in taking on new leadership roles in the future.
– have basic knowledge of English.
