– Spread information about the activities to the public, to potential project applicants and partners.
– Provide guidance and support to projects so that they can achieve a desired and optimal result.
– Follow up and evaluate the projects and their results.

– Have a board that conducts regular meetings.
– Staff the operational office with personnel, space, and equipment.
– Marketing, mobilization, and administration.

About the project
The LAG board has chosen to prioritize the budget for ”Management and operation of the LAG secretariat” with the justification that support is sought for the management and operation of the LAG secretariat in accordance with SJVFS 2022:27, § 67.
In addition to management, operation, monitoring, follow-up, and evaluation as well as leadership of the implementation of the local development strategy for salaries to staff and fees, including salary cost surcharges.
