Support for those who are applying for an advance in the e-service
We assume that you have received your start decision and want to apply for the advance payment as stated in the decision letter. You use the same e-service as for the project application.

Start the service by clicking "Start service".
Once you have logged in with Bank-ID, you will find your organization.
NOTE: Represent an organization!
At the top you can change to represent an organization. You should NOT represent yourself. Very important!
Click on the arrow. A box will appear.
”"Select power of attorney".
The authorization will then be applied and you can access the e-services.

In the E-service, you choose to start a Payment application.
Choose advance payment
Fill in the amount stated in the decision from the Swedish Board of Agriculture. Submit the application. The advance payment application is often processed within a week. You need to have the correct account number registered with the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
If a project is financed to the tune of 100% by Leader Bergslagen, the advance payment is usually 17% of the total amount. However, a maximum of 250,000 SEK.
You will receive 33% from the Leader office. You will receive the remaining 50% of the support amount when your final project report has been approved by a disbursement officer.
Check your bank details
Make sure that your account details are registered in My Pages on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's e-service.

But what if it doesn't work?
If you do not have a power of attorney to edit the association's information, then the paper form is required! You can find it in the online store.
