Important to know – arrangements in Conversation about the climate
Document and report
- Take pictures during the event.
- Send at least 1 photo to the office.
- Also send a copy of the invitation for each arrangement.
- Write a summary about what you did, include if anything happened that you didn't expect that is relevant to my final report (unexpected results).
- Note number of participants and gender distribution, does not have to be exact, just an approximation.
Invoice
Remember to enter the reference Climate Talk 2025-559 on the invoice. For questions about invoicing, email the office.
About logos
- Use the EU co-financing logo on ALL information and communication materials related to the event that Leader Bergslagen finances.
- In the material, you should show the EU's participation by including the EU logo for co-financing.
- The EU logo should, where possible, be displayed in colour and be clearly visible in a prominent position.
- If other logos appear on the material, the EU logo must be at least the same size, in height or width, as the largest of these logos.
Logo (EU)
- The EU logo must be clearly visible on:
- web
- posters
- social media
- event calendars
- If used incorrectly, support can be reduced by 2 %
Logo (Leader Bergslagen)
- Does not have as many requirements around it. For the sake of simplicity, we have combined two logos into one file. But keep in mind that only the blue EU flag is an "EU logo", i.e. it is the EU flag that cannot be too small! But we at Leader Bergslagen of course also want to be seen, but there will be no penalty fees if it gets a little wrong.
Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Promote the project on your website and social media pages.
- For example, in every post on Instagram, the logo must be included, either as a watermark on the photo, or as an extra image. Or as the last image in a film/reel. Here is link to image with good Instagram proportions.
- Also include a short description of the project, including its purpose and results, and include the EU logo for co-financing. In the project Conversations about Climate, Vivi usually uses the text:
The event is funded by the EU through Leader Bergslagen in the project Conversations on Climate and Transition.
The aim is to protect nature and the environment in Bergslagen by creating conversations about the climate.
The goal of the project is, among other things, to conduct lectures on climate change.
- The logo must be clearly visible in a prominent place and, if there are other logos, the EU logo must be at least the same size, in height or width, as the largest of these logos.
- The information and the EU logo only need to be on the social media used in the project.
Think about
- Use logo with the text: “Co-financed by the European Union”.
- The EU logo must be at least as large as other logos.
- Do not change the logo or add text on top of it.
- Use a white background (or white frame if the background is colored).
- No other symbol may show EU support.
Poster
- Feel free to place all logos in a row at the bottom on a white background. Example:
Facebook event (highly desirable!)
Create an event on Facebook. This gives good visibility.
Here's how you do it (briefly):
- Go to Event on Facebook
- Click on Create event
- Choose private or public
- Fill in the information
- Add image
- Add Leader Bergslagen as co-organizer
- Enter the text below
- Publish
