Support for those who will be submitting final reports in the e-service
We assume that you have completed a Leader project and now it is time to submit a final report. You use the same e-service as for the project application.
Please have your application and decision with the attachments to hand. The attachments contain instructions from the Swedish Board of Agriculture that you must follow. If If the Swedish Board of Agriculture decides that you should have a sign, they will send the sign by post. It costs about 250 SEK to issue.

Start the service by clicking "Start service".
Once you have logged in with Bank-ID, you will find your organization.
NOTE: Represent an organization!
At the top you can change to represent an organization. You should NOT represent yourself. Very important!
Click on the arrow. A box will appear.
”"Select power of attorney".
The authorization will then be applied and you can access the e-services.

In the E-service, you choose to start a Payment application.
Complete the application and submit it along with the required attachments. You can save it in the e-service, close and log in and continue another day.
Once you have submitted everything, you will receive a journal number and receipt.

Check your bank details
Make sure that your account details are registered in My Pages on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's e-service.
Follow this link when you are logged in to get to My Pages - customer information. https://minasidor.app.jordbruksverket.se/profil.
Add account if missing.
But what if it doesn't work?
If you do not have a power of attorney to edit the association's information, then the paper form is required! You can find it in the online store.

Are you experiencing problems uploading files?
Here are some suggestions for measures from the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
- We recommend using Google Chrome, but Edge and Firefox should also work (Safari is not recommended).
- Make sure you have the latest version of your browser.
- Clear your browser cache by holding down ctrl+shift and clicking the letter R
- We recommend not using mobile devices
- Save files as pdf before uploading
- Unable to upload compressed files
- Restart your computer
- Try with another computer
Other conditions that can affect are:
- Your connection speed
- The memory capacity of your computer
- Age of your computer
If none of the above helps, you may submit your application without attaching the files and when processing begins, an administrator will contact you and ask you to supplement with the files. If you are still unable to do so in the e-service, you may agree with the administrator that you send the attachments/documents by email or regular mail instead.
